Many of our team members traveled to Las Vegas last month for the 2025 Trimble Dimensions User Conference to connect with other partners, product teams, and clients while getting an inside look at what’s new across the Trimble ecosystem. Rather than a traditional conference recap, we’ve gathered some top takeaways from our team about what stood out most.
Sarah Fontaine, Product Specialist
- I was impressed by the capabilities within Finvari. It was my first time interacting with this product, and the level of control it gives Admins for managing expenses really stood out.
- Traqspera’s new premium expenses functionality is going to be much easier to configure and provide clients with a better experience for managing expenses. It reminded me of bigger platforms currently on the market.
- I attended a cybersecurity session that made my inner nerd swoon. Hearing all of the details about Trimble’s cybersecurity posture was both enlightening and reassuring. Trimble is GovRAMP compliant, ISO 27001 Certified, NIST 800-171 compliant, and SOC 1/2/3 compliant. For anyone who enjoys a deep dive, here’s the link they shared: https://trust.trimble.com/
- Trimble is also actively pursuing additional certifications. It’s clear that cybersecurity is being treated as a top priority, and is was refreshing to see that it's being taken so seriously.
Thor Kolner, Product Specialist
- Dimensions was a great opportunity for face-to-face interactions with Spectrum customers and Trimble employees.
- There was a lot of curiosity regarding Microsoft Power Query and how it can be used to extract, transform, and load Spectrum data directly into Excel worksheets and pivot tables.
- There is a clear need for more Spectrum training resources tailored to customers that are easily accessible.
Maryann Carter, CPA, Consultant
- A major highlight was meeting members of the Trimble team and discussing specific items directly with them.
- Seeing Infolink and MS Query in action was especially helpful, and I'm looking forward to demonstrating that for clients.
- I really enjoyed running into clients throughout the week and reconnecting in-person.
- I appreciated the chance to refresh skills that can get overlooked, such as Sitemap customization.
Dimensions offered a mix of hands-on learning, product updates, and conversations that help us better support our clients. From cybersecurity insights to learning about expanded product functionality, the conference provided many learning opportunities, and we are excited to bring these takeaways back to our clients and put them into action.
