Due to the increase in client no shows, CDP has revised our Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made 24 hours or less prior to a meeting are subject to cancellation fees. Any travel incurred or rebooking fees will be the responsibility of the client. Client will be invoiced for 1 hour of time for cancelled meetings that were scheduled for up to four hours in duration, and 2 hours of time for meetings scheduled for 5 to 8 hours in duration. If you would like to avoid cancellation fees, please notify prior to 24 hours of the meeting start time via email.
