It works as a stand-alone tool for managing labor and equipment time from the job site, while still providing integration with Spectrum. Payroll Time Entry makes it easy for your staff in the field to enter, track, and manage labor hours and equipment usage.
Online Payroll Time Entry Training for Administrative Personnel
This course provides an introduction to PTE for the Administrators and includes instruction on how to complete various tasks within the Admin portal and the PTE app. Training will include managing jobs, logging time, using timecard approval and exporting time from PTE into Spectrum.
Online Payroll Time Entry Training for Field Personnel
This course provides field personnel with instruction on how to complete various tasks using the PTE App. Lessons include getting started in the app, managing jobs, logging time and using the signature approval component of the PTE App.
