 SEATTLE, December 3, 2009:  Dexter + Chaney, developer of Spectrum Construction Software, has chosen CDP, Inc. as its business partner to market the construction management software to heavy/highway, general, electrical/mechanical, and specialty contractors in the Southeast and Mid Atlantic

The regional territories covered by CDP will include North Carolina; South Carolina; Tennessee; Virginia; West Virginia; Maryland; Delaware; Washington, D.C. and several parts of Pennsylvania.  CDP will serve these territories with three offices located in Charlotte, NC; Richmond, VA; and Columbia, MD.

CDP Partners with PRC to expand Project Risk Analysis Solutions and Services

Charlotte, North Carolina, May 10, 2009 - Risk Management is a very specialized area within Project Management. CDP has many consultants familiar with the basics and fundamentals of risk. However, when it comes to large projects and large capital programs the risk factors are extremely greater. CDP went in search of talent specifically in the area of risk last year in 2008 to help shore up our capabilities and support our clients that have high risk projects and programs. After an exhaustive search, CDP partnered with PRC and Andrew Wicklund to support our clients for Professional Services in the area of Risk Management. Some of our most recent engagements include CH2M Hill and Shaw Power.

CDP 2008 Update

In the midst of these challenging economic times, CDP would like to personally thank you for your continued business. CDP is grateful to you for giving us the opportunity to serve your Project Management Needs.

2008 was a year that started with a bang ended with an economic grind. Thankfully CDP came out on top. CDP once again surpassed its goals and achieved another consecutive year of growth with Professional Services and Primavera Solution Sales. For the second consecutive year Oracle/Primavera recognized CDP for delivering 1 Million Dollar plus in software sales. It was an exciting year with software sales just shy of 2 Million Dollars. CDP was ranked number 2 for the 2008 year with Primavera US/Canada which was a step up from our number three spot in 2007. CDP achieved double digit growth again and was ranked second highest in growth for Primavera. In 2009 CDP looks forward to helping all of our clients become more agile, responsive so they may sustain these economic conditions and work to grow their business.

Primavera is proud to announce the release and availability of Primavera Contract Manager (version 12.0) for both new sales and customer upgrades.
Existing customers, both domestic and international, are able to request their Contract Manager upgrade through the Upgrade By Request web site (http://www.primavera.com/upgrades.) and choose the method of delivery, either electronic software delivery (ESD) or physical shipment (CD). Customers must have a valid serial number to request their Contract Manager upgrade.

Specifically, Version 12.0 includes improvements to the following areas:
1. New approval procession with flexible workflows.
