Taught on Demand
The purpose of a risk workshop is to carry out an independent
assessment of the risks on a bid or project and to define
an appropriate Risk Plan so the project has the best ability
to succeed. Often in a schedule risk analysis the baseline
schedule is not audited and is decomposed to a summary in
order to ease the difficulty of the analysis. A risk workshop
should improve and validate the baseline schedule, identify
and assess the project risk through interactive sessions with
the project team, and lead to a comprehensive risk strategy.
- Taught on
Demand
Training can be customized to the needs of any company. The
materials encompass both qualitative and quantitative risk
analysis as well as cost and scheduling concepts which are
vital to a proper risk analysis. A focus of the class will
be to use live project schedules or cost estimates to validate
the information on client schedules. The class is highly interactive and it is recommended
that trainees bring project schedules for in depth analysis.
The basic overview is listed below however information can
be added or omitted based on need. Typical classes are 3 days
in length.
